For the Red Table Talk rebrand project, I collaborated on developing a full crisis management and strategic repositioning plan, including a name change (Off the Table), a new audience engagement model, and a multi-platform rollout strategy. The rebrand focused on restoring trust, centering diverse voices, and aligning the show with ethical storytelling principles. For this group project, we developed a full crisis management and rebranding strategy for Red Table Talk, repositioning it into a new show titled Off the Table. Inspired by ethical storytelling and the need to rebuild public trust, I helped create the SWOT analysis, strategic PR plan, and platform migration strategy. We emphasized transparency, audience engagement, and ethical media practices throughout the campaign.
